Registration & Access
Upon registration, you accept these Terms and Conditions and confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
You may access the Guest Portal for a limited trial period as defined by IIO. After this period, you may choose to continue your studies, extend your trial, or discontinue without any financial obligation.
Payment & Billing
If you decide to continue with regular classes after the trial period, you will be required to pay the monthly fees in advance before the commencement of each billing cycle.
If you select multiple classes or days with varying times, your package may alter accordingly, and different pricing may apply.
Class Scheduling
If a teacher cannot conduct a scheduled class due to unforeseen technical issues, IIO will either arrange for a substitute teacher or reschedule the class with the original instructor.
Students are required to notify IIO at least 24 hours in advance if they cannot attend a scheduled class. In such cases, the class may be rescheduled to an agreed-upon time.
Privacy & Security
Students must not share personal information such as contact numbers, email addresses, or payment details with tutors or other students. All personal data will be handled in accordance with privacy laws. Sharing personal information with tutors or soliciting them for personal teaching outside of IIO is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
All personal data will be handled according to applicable privacy laws and IIO's privacy policy.
Content & Conduct
All content provided on the Guest Portal remains the property of IIO and cannot be copied or distributed without explicit permission.
Students are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during classes. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
IIO reserves the right to monitor all sessions for quality assurance purposes. You do not have complete access rights to the provided platform as it is closely monitored by IIO administration.
Liability & Responsibilities
IIO is not responsible for technical difficulties that occur on the student's end.
IIO shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the Guest Portal or participation in classes.
IIO will not be liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.
Terms Updates
IIO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Guest Portal after any changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
